3. Products

All products sold through Hemp Drop Ship are derived from industrial hemp containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and fulfillment windows are estimates. We do not guarantee delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hemp Drop Ship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.
